bride in Jenny Packham Shek O Beach Hong Kong
When we finally caught up with J&S in Hong Kong we were pleasantly surprised. The bride to be explained that she had 6 outfits for her pre wedding. But the one that really stood out was this Jenny Packham 'Mermaid dress' which we chose for their beach session. Truth be told I have always heard of this designer and one of my previous brides had a dress from her but when I first seen this dress I was just blown away by it. Sam also had another design that was quite exquisite and it was used for their night session which you can see in their blog post. As our super excited kick ass lighting assistant Sherri exclaimed 'she has 6 Jenny F'n Peckham dresses!' 'Do you know how much they are worth?' Truth be told as a guy from Kentucky, I actually had no idea...As fate would have it on the day of the session it ended up raining just enough to keep most people away and so we had Shek O Beach all to ourselves. One of their favorites (and mine as well) is this image of the two of them snuggling up in the rain as the waves came crashing near by.
