The stunning wedding of A & L who traveled over from Israel and the United Kingdom to have their destination wedding at the Chateau Liblice outside of Prague, in the Czech Republic.

I have to be honest, the late evening light at this chateau is something every photographer dreams of. The long rolling fields that surround it make those last rays of sunlight seemingly make everything glow as the last rays fade into the twilight. Every wedding I have captured here has been absolutely stunning and in fact, this is one of my favorite Chateau’s.

Anne & Lawrence had a truly beautiful wedding, followed by wonderful dancing and many toasts. I am not sure how long it lasted but chances are it was one that went far into the summer nite.

Hluboka nad Vltavou Castle weddings / O&A / elopement wedding

Olga & Alexei traveled down from Russia – a country whose history and people I have always enjoyed, to have their elopement wedding in the Czech Republic.

They wanted something very simple with their wedding, no fanfare, no fuss, no worries, just the two of them at one of the most beautiful castles in Europe: Castle Hluboka nad Vlatavou. It was clearly one of those stunning fall days that we photographers absolutely crave: the beautiful autumn light, the colors of the foliage, and especially later the warmth of the late golden setting sun. To be honest, getting out of Prague and traveling to this magnificent castle is always quite special for me.

One thing I enjoyed about Olga & Alexei – how easy going they were. Capturing them experiencing this wonderful day was really fantastic and I doubt they will ever forget that wonderful day and especially the feelings they had. The only way we could have topped this session off was to have a final series of portraits of them captured in Prague – so after the drive back we did just that. And the last few hours was on me – as they deserved it.

A great evening for a Prague Mini Love Portrait Session. Snow, famous architectural heritage sites, and a Christmas market combined to make this a very special pre wedding portrait session. Y&K had a great time throwing snowballs, staying warm, buying sweets, taking in the locations and experiencing the stunning city of Prague on a magical winter evening.
